Last chance to enrol for courses this term

Dear all,

we want to say thank you to all our followers, subscribers and enrollers. We started the Public House as we saw a real threat to lifelong learning provision in Norwich. In the county, the council service and UEA have almost disappeared from sight, and it was slowly vanishing from the city. We launched in August, and although we haven’t been able to start all our courses, we have seen some classes start and we offer these again and build wider provision such as History, Photography and more as we move towards the new term.

This week we have a Beginners Spanish starting on Wednesday night at Norwich High School on Newmarket Road at 7pm, as well as a daytime Introduction to Drawing course with Paul Meade at St Alban’s Church Hall on Grove Walk at 12pm. Both venues have free parking.

Next week sees the start of Dressmaking with Pippa Pease in the textiles room at Norwich High School as well as Beginners Japanese with Mimi Dexter at the same venue.

These courses are all on our website.http://www.thepublichousenorwich.co.uk/courses

Thank you for continuing interest in The Public House.

With warm wishes,
Andy McDonnell & Valentina Konstantinidi
