This course is for students who desire to become fluent in English.

To achieve this goal, teaching focuses on developing students’ English competency by helping them to acquire skills in all skill areas, i.e., listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It emphasises listening comprehension, speaking practice, extensive reading, and intensive general vocabulary development.

We will look at formal and informal English, cultural aspects and how to use the language effectively.

Fun, informative and designed to run weekly for people working full time, this course is ideal for anyone who wants to develop their English skills and work their way to mastering the language.

NB – NO CLASS DURING HALF TERM WEEK

With Hannah Barrah
After graduating from UEA, I decided to explore the world and teach English, living and working in France, Italy, The Czech Republic and Argentina respectively, as well as travelling to the countries nearby. I returned to the UK ten years ago and since then I have enjoyed teaching students from all over the world. I have experience teaching all ages, all levels and many different types of courses, at Universities and language schools. Courses included EAP, ESAP, exam preparation courses (particularly IELTS and FCE), in addition to Business and General English.
