Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all website enrolments for learning with The Public House Norwich Ltd (TPHN). You (the student) must ensure that you are aware of our terms before proceeding with your enrolment. Once enrolled, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Our commitment
If for any reason we have to cancel a course any fees paid may be refunded – Students should contact us admin@thepublichousenorwich.co.uk with any further questions.
Minimum age of students
Please note that you must be aged 18 or over before the start of your course.
Course fees
Current prices are published on the website. These prices are subject to change. The total price quoted is the amount payable in order to secure a course place. The total price includes tuition costs, where applicable and in some cases, additional costs which relate to the particular course. Other optional materials, which may be associated with the course, are available for purchase as identified in the course outline.
Unless details are provided in the course outline, you are advised not to buy equipment, books or materials until after the first session.
Course cancellations
Courses usually run as advertised, but TPHN reserves the right to alter or cancel courses in some cases.
You will be contacted and offered an alternative course if the original course you enrolled on is cancelled or closed by TPHN. If no suitable alternative is available you can request a refund.
Where there are course cancellations due to low enrolments, we aim to let you know a week before the course starts that there are low numbers. We encourage people to enroll well before the course start date to ensure that we can properly plan and manage our classes.
Cancellation and transfer requests from students
We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible and therefore regret that we cannot return payments to students who withdraw from a course.
However, consideration will be given to refunding course fees up to 14 days before a course start date; a £10 administration charge will be levied. Transfer between courses is sometimes possible. However, unless this is on the advice of TPHN, a £10 administration charge may be levied.
Student details
If you have enrolled with us before you will have a TPHN username and password. If known, please quote your Student Number when contacting us. If you have forgotten your password, please use the ‘Forgotten Password’ link to request your password reminder. This will be emailed to your registered email address. Your website username will be your registered email address. all information you give us is subject to data protection and will not be shared with third parties.
Start date of your course

We want you to enjoy learning with us. If there is anything you wish to tell us, e.g. relating to a disability or medical condition, that may affect your learning or using any of our facilities, please speak to a member of staff.
TPHN venues
Some centres have refreshment facilities. All our centres are designated as non-smoking sites. Please note that whilst attending any TPHN course, all students are responsible for the safe keeping of their personal property and coursework. All students should pay due attention to the health and safety of themselves and others whilst on our premises. Special care should be taken when using equipment and tools.
Data protection
All personal information (including Credit and Debit card details) entered on the TPHN website is processed through a secure server link (PayPal) and is encoded for Student security.
